Developing the UK's floating wind infrastructure
We are the developer of FLOW-dedicated wet storage - a recognised and critical class of offshore infrastructure required for the delivery of floating offshore wind at industrial scale. Our team has pioneered the unique processes and development approach needed to address the full range of technical, environmental and regulatory challenges this new sector demands.
Our work is recognised by the UK Government as a qualifying investment under the Clean Industry Bonus (CfD AR7) and identified by Renewable UK's FLOW Taskforce Industry Roadmap 2040 as a critical need for UK floating wind projects and port operations.

Will Rowley
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Will founded OSG in 2020, drawing on 30 years as an offshore energy market strategist and recognised authority on service and supply chain strategy for major offshore projects. He has advised UK Government, 38 international financial institutions, and more than 53 of the top 100 global offshore service companies.

Kate Page
Chief Financial Officer
Kate joined OSG in 2020 with extensive experience of offshore energy activity and projects, including as Founder and CEO of specialist offshore consultancy Baillex, and previously as a senior researcher at Infield Systems (now Wood Mackenzie). Kate, along with a degree in Psychology, is AAT qualified, and is responsible for the management of financial and administrative functions within OSG and its associated companies.

Shane Woodroffe
Chief Commercial Officer
Shane joined OSG in 2024 with extensive experience in private equity, debt financing and financial advisory across the energy sector, including as CFO of Rezolv Energy - a European clean energy platform backed by the $6 billion Actis Energy V fund. He is a civil engineer with an MBA and LLM in international financial law.

Martin Goodlad
Chief Technology Officer
Martin joined OSG in 2022 and is Chief Technology Officer and technical lead in the development of FLOW wet storage solutions. He has 29 years' experience in the design, construction, installation and delivery of ships and floating assets, and is a recognised technical authority on towed installation of offshore assets in harsh environments.
